This is a dance/gentle exercise class suitable for anyone of 55+ years, who needs to move, express, create and have fun!
The class begins with a gentle and mobilizing warm-up to wake up the body and prepare it for dancing. Participants are then introduced to simple dancing routines and playful tasks that work their physical coordination, rhythm, and flow in space on the spot and across the room. The class cools down with relaxation exercises and gentle stretching.
Every-body is welcome; no previous experience is necessary. Come with comfortable clothing and training shoes.
