Chair Strength with Pilates Props

Looking for a fun, safe, and personalised chair practice
designed to alleviate pain and help you get back in flow?

Join this restorative class ideal for adults with limited mobility and those who need help with stiffness and pain. Improve your core strength, mobility, and flexibility from the comfort of your seat through slow-paced physio exercises with Pilates small props, like balls, bands, and loops. We will focus on restoring your overall muscular strength and balance, enhancing your movement range, articulation, and functionality in just a few weeks. Designed by a dancer with extensive experience in injury recovery, this class aims to restore your smile and help you get back on your feet!

We meet weekly at the heated small hall of the Great Western Community Centre, where free parking and disabled access are available. You don’t need to bring anything; all equipment is provided. You can start anytime in the month. Just wear comfortable clothing and come along anytime to take a seat.
