designed for adults aged 55 and above?
Join this chair exercise class and improve your core strength, mobility, and flexibility while comfortably seated. You’ll be introduced to exercises inspired by physio and Pilates, using your body’s weight, small balls, and elastic bands. Our goal will be to improve your movement range and articulation and achieve functional strengthening in just a few weeks. You’ll also get some gentle cardio on the chair, designed to enhance your cardiovascular rhythm safely. Plus, a full body stretch that will leave you feeling relaxed, balanced, and energised after every class.
You don’t need any previous experience. Just come along in comfortable clothing and join the fun!
