Looking for an invigorating full-body practice that will make you stronger and get you back in flow?


Inspired and designed by a dancer with extensive experience in injury recovery, this class is ideal for anyone seeking a medium-impact training session that will help condition and recover the body, while preventing it from future injury. It offers a combination of physio and pilates-based exercises with small props, such as small Pilates balls, yoga blocks, and elastic bands on mats. The focus is on improving body strength, mobility and flexibility by restoring muscle health, functionality, and balance. You will be introduced to the fundamentals of spinal health, alignment and articulation, core stabilisation and activation, movement isolation, and other invaluable physical tools that will help unlock your physical potential within just a few weeks!

Suitable for all fitness levels. All equipment is provided, but you are welcome to bring your own mat if you like. Come in comfortable clothing and cotton socks.
