WHAT IS ACRODITIONING?
A high-intensity, full-body workout for adults who want a practice which is fun, imaginative, and effective. Each session includes cardio with agility props, callisthenics-inspired conditioning, and acrobatics on soft mats. Learn and master floor tumbling, handstands, cartwheels, and more, literally step by step, at your own pace, with professional supervision and equipment.

WHO CAN DO IT?
Everyone who feels like it! This is an open-level class welcoming all at any time. Complete beginners and people with more experience are welcome. Come with comfortable clothing and cotton socks.
